Refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return the product will be inspected (photos need to be provided), your product must be damaged or incorrect. The pieces are hand-stamped by myself not a machine so they are not perfect, however I will do my best to obtain the standard I have shown. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me and we can discuss options to resolve any matter.

The jump rings used are not soldered so if you are leaving on the jewellery (heavy wear) strain on the jump rings can occur. This can be fixed with pliers/I am happy to send more jump rings without charge (just a postage payment).

It’s just myself making this business run, so any problems please don’t hesitate to get in touch! I’m more than happy to resolve any issues.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
